Scout

Scout and her sister Boo (they also have a brother named Gem) are '04 daughters of Marty, our very favorite Nubian. Scout is a "plain brown wrapper" Nubian, but she is very correct with strong topline, good body length, a nice udder, and excellent breed character. In '05, Scout had two gregarious mini-Nubian bucklings, now wethers, Teddy and Roosevelt. Teddy has gone to his new home but Roosevelt is available for sale: like his mother, he loves blackberries. Scout is bred to our junior Nigerian herdsire, Blue Marvel, for mini-Nubian kids. Scout milked well after she adjusted to life on the milkstand.
